Hope you are enjoying those green shoots in the market today. I would not try to read too much into it though, given that weekends generally have lower liquidity. It will be interesting to see if we can keep up the momentum in the coming week.
That aside, it’s time for a new video!
And today, I am going to be looking at one of the earliest blockchain gaming projects around: Enjin.
For those that don’t know, Enjin is the project that is responsible for the ERC 1155 token standard. This allows people to create NFTs that have both fungible and non-fungible characteristics – ideal for gaming.
It’s been over a year since I covered the project, and a LOT has happened since then.
These include United Nations memberships, Crypto Climate Accords, cutting-due Ethereum calling solutions, cross-chain bridges, advanced in-game NFT functionalities and so much more.
In addition to this, Enjin has partnered with all-round behemoths in the tech sphere, like Microsoft and Samsung, as well as motor vehicle production giants, such as BMW, and has since helped them integrate blockchain technology into their respective models.
I go through all these updates. I also then take a look at the other parts of the Enjin ecosystem including JumpNet, Efinity and more. I break down the tech and use cases as well as the tokenomics and potential of ENJ & EFI.
So, can Enjin capture a slice of that $300 billion gaming ecosystem? Or is the competition so steep that it will fail to gain traction?
Well, you will have to watch the video to find out!
